Cresco assisted Aminolabs Group and its founder and CEO, Roger Anné, in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the acquisition of Aminolabs by Waterland Private Equity, as well as the subsequent re-investment by Mr. Anné and senior management. Aminolabs is a leading European producer of sports nutrition and health supplements based in Hasselt, Belgium.
With the support of Waterland, Roger Anné will continue to lead Aminolabs through the next growth phase. Aminolabs will maintain its focus on delivering its customers the highest quality products based on tailored R&D support.
