We are cur­rent­ly look­ing to take on an out­stand­ing asso­ciate with 4 - 7 years of rel­e­vant cor­po­rate expe­ri­ence, par­tic­u­lar­ly in the fields of merg­ers & acqui­si­tions, private equity, cap­i­tal rais­ings, restruc­tur­ings, and invest­ments and divest­ments of port­fo­lio companies.

Your responsibilities

As an Associate in our Innovation team, you will:

  • Structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of corporate and venture capital transactions
  • Preparing and reviewing asset purchase agreements
  • Drafting and negotiating partnering agreements such as shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements, and joint ventures
  • Advising founders, companies, and boards of directors on a wide range of operational matters and strategic transactions
  • Providing ongoing legal support to clients across all stages of growth

Your profile

  • You have obtained a Master degree in Law at a Belgian university and have superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • You like to be focused on complex corporate and venture capital transactions.
  • The ability to independently manage projects and client relationships and collaborate with others is proper to you.
  •  You have great work ethics, excellent communication skills and you excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork is as essential for you as it is for us
