Brussels Airport Company acquires majority stake in Jetpack

Cresco advised Jetpack and its shareholders in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the acquisition of a majority stake in Jetpack by Brussels Airport Company.

Jetpack is a Brussels company developing tailor-made data analysis and AI software solutions for clients from diverse sectors, such as commerce, infrastructure and networks, finance, health or public services, established in Belgium and abroad.

Olivier Van Raemdonck and Glenn L’hoëst led the Cresco team that advised Jetpack and its shareholders in this transaction.
