Main Capital Partners has an investment portfolio constituted of at least 240 software investments. Main Capital Partners accomplished the acquisition through RiskConcile, its portofolio company headquartered in Leuven, wich is a leading software developer of risk and regulatory solutions for the financial sector and develops cutting-edge cloud-based software solutions that help asset and fund managers navigate complex data, risk, and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
FITZ Partners Ltd, with a strong client base including global leaders such as BlackRock, Pimco and J.P. Morgan Asset Management, provides market-leading data solutions for fund cost analysis and benchmarking. The acquisition showcases their unwavering commitment to advancing innovation and growth.
RiskConcile and FITZ Partners Ltd join forces to create a pan-European provider of data, regulatory and risk technology for the fund industry.
This first add-on acquisition for RiskConcile underlines Main Capital Partners’ buy-and-build growth strategy and strengthens the combined group’s international position in technology solutions for the financial sector.
