This acquisition allows Vertiv to strengthen Vertiv’s portfolio of digital infrastructure solutions with AI-based infrastructure monitoring, predictive services and performance optimalization.
Cresco has been Waylay’s trusted strategic legal advisor for several years, acting a.o. on the corporate venture capital investment by Yokogawa Electric Corporation, a Japanese publicly listed company.
