Medialaan in the sale of Paratal NV and its business

We assisted Medialaan in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the sale of its subsidiary Paratel NV to the Dutch companies ClubMessage B.V. and ClubMessage Benelux B.V.
Furthermore, we provide ongoing counsel and advice with respect to general corporate matters and commercial agreements.
Medialaan is a Flemish multimedia company active in radio, television and interactive media. Medialaan is the owner of various television and radio brands, such as VTM, 2BE, Vitaya, JIM, VTMKZOOM, Q-music en JOE fm.
