NGDATA in acquisition of Rednun

Cresco assisted NGDATA in its acquisition of Rednun, a Dutch company specializing in creating and producing smart, personalized videos.

NGDATA is a Belgium customer experience management solutions company, currently having offices in Ghent, San Francisco, New York and Singapore, that develops software allowing companies to create and maintain individual and actionable customer profiles in real time.

The acquisition of Rednun enforces the position of Lily Enterprise, NGDATA’s customer experience operating system. Lily offers companies the ability to provide relevant customer experiences, for greater customer loyalty and value. With Rednun, the combined solution will allow companies the ability to take the valuable customer insights and deliver the most relevant messages through data-driven videos.

In addition, the acquisition also strengthens NGDATA’s position in the most essential markets of several data-rich sectors, such as financial service, media, publishers and telecommunications (markets on which NGDATA intends to continue to focus), since Rednun has gained extensive experience in such markets through its collaborations with organizations such as Bouygues, First Choice, ING, KLM, RWE, T-Mobile and TNT International.

CEO and founder Luc Burgelman comments: “We are glad to be able to rely on Cresco as NGDATA’s trusted legal advisor from the very beginning. The team’s dedication, constant accessibility, as well as tremendous technology sector expertise is what sets them apart as a top quality law firm.”

More information on the transaction can be found in De Tijd, De Telegraaf, Knack and Emerce.
