Strategic acquisition of Vésale Pharma by Ceres Pharma

In this transaction, Cresco acted as legal counsel to Vésale Pharma and its shareholders in the sale of 100% of the company’s shares to Ceres Pharma, a leading Belgian player in Women and Family Healthcare.

Vésale Pharma is a family-owned Belgian company and pioneer in probiotic food supplements, with proprietary strains and patented technologies such as Intelicaps®. Its product portfolio spans digestive health, pediatrics, immunity, and women’s health, with a strong presence in Belgium and an expanding export footprint.

This acquisition further strengthens Ceres Pharma’s position in Belgium and supports its strategic expansion across Europe.
