Cresco assisted the Belgian Government in a re-orientation program to improve the financial and operational position of the von Karman Institute for Fluid dynamics (“VKI”). This included a credit facility granted by the Belgian government to VKI, amendments to the articles of association of VKI and the appointment of a new board of directors.
VKI is a non-profit international educational and scientific organization that undertakes and promotes research in the field of fluid dynamics.
Filip De Schouwer and Tessa Gijbels led the Cresco team that advised the Belgian Government in this transaction.
