Cresco acted as lead counsel to Narviflex in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the acquisition of Mineral Composite.

Mineral Composite specializes in acid-resistant tank and floor coatings as well as moldings in polyester and polyurea coatings.

The Narviflex Group groups companies around conveyor belts, rubber & plastics and coatings.
