Cresco acted as lead counsel to Belgian mobility-as-a-service (or MaaS) scale-up Skipr in the structuring and negotiation of its strategic partnership with Sodexo, after having advised Skipr in its funding rounds with Lab Box, Belfius and ALD Automotive.
The purpose of the strategic partnership is to enrich and diversify the offering of Sodexo in its fast-growing employee benefits sector.
Olivier Van Raemdonck led the Cresco team that advised Skipr in this strategic partnership.
