Cresco is primarily focused on entrepreneurs, start-ups, emerging and growing companies, and their investors. The one notable change to the team during the research period saw the firm welcome senior associate Olivier Van Raemdonck from NautaDutilh.

In the M&A space, Cresco assisted San Francisco-based Kraken in its acquisition of Coinsetter and Cavirtex, two of the oldest cryptocurrency exchanges in North America. Another interesting case saw David Dessers acting as counsel to the owners of Aminolabs in one of the most high profile private auctions in Belgium during the last 12 months.
