Borit and it shareholders in Weifu acquisition

Cresco acted as lead counsel to Borit and its shareholders in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the strategic sale to Weifu, a Chinese auto parts maker.

Borit delivers components for fuel cells and electrolyses. By developing a leading and efficient production infrastructure of ultra thin metal bipolar plate assemblies and by providing excellence in metal forming, cutting, welding, coating and sealing, it contributes to the Clean Energy Economy.
