Cresco is pleased to have advised UFOFLEET, part of the UFODRIVE Group, on the acquisition of FleetMaster from Cox Automotive Inc., the world’s largest automotive services and technology provider. The transaction marks UFOFLEET’s first acquisition since its launch in 2023 and meaningfully expands its market footprint in AI-powered fleet and mobility technology across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.
UFOFLEET is an intelligent operating system for fleet management and mobility solutions. Having surpassed one million users across 18 countries, the company has positioned itself as one of the defining platforms in a market valued at approximately USD 500 billion. FleetMaster, founded in 2011, brings a cloud-native software suite for rental, leasing, and dealer operations, together with an established customer base across Europe and the Americas, which will now join the UFO family.
The combination doubles UFOFLEET’s footprint and extends its intelligence layer to new verticals and industry leaders, accelerating its mission to modernise the fleet and mobility sector.
