Cresco is proud to have assisted Anthemis, part of the Legitech Group, a leading provider of legal information solutions, platforms (LexNow.io), books, journals and legal codes, in its strategic acquisition of the publishing rights for the renowned newsletters and journals Fiscoloog/Fiscologue, Fiscoloog International/Fiscologue International, and TRV-RPS : Revue pratique des sociétés – Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschap from Roularta Media Group, a listed multimedia group and market leader in magazines in Belgium.
This transaction marks an important step in Legitech’ growth journey and strengthens its presence and capabilities as provider of legal information solutions, books and journals.
