Cresco is proud to have assisted Wallonie Entreprendre and Herstal Group with the structuring and formation the new fund FNX Ventures with an initial committed capital of €20 million.
FNX Ventures aims to support young innovative companies active in the Benelux, France and Germany in various fields such as cybersecurity, dual technology and new materials.
The Deal team consisted of David Dessers and Dominik Verbist.
