Formation of corporate venturing fund 9.5 Magnitude Ventures

Cresco acted as lead counsel to the general partner in the structuring, formation and fundraising of 9.5 Magnitude Ventures.

9.5 Magnitude Ventures is a unique pre-seed corporate venturing fund focused on setting-up joint-ventures with top tier corporates. In close collaboration with the corporate 9.5 Magnitude Ventures builds and launches a fully-fledged business within a period of six to nine months based on a three-phased methodology: idea diligence, newco incubation program and growth program.

In addition Cresco acted as lead counsel in the structuring, negotiation and closing of the fund’s investment in The Park Playground, a joint-venture with Telenet. The Park Playground is an entertainment playground offering group experiences using free-roam VR.
