Formation of food ecosystem Co.food

Cresco acted as lead counsel to Co.station in the structuring and formation of the Co.food Ecosystem.

The ecosystem is operated by Co.station and is founded by Delhaize, Electrolux and Zentis. The Co.food Ecosystem is the first innovation ecosystem about food where 23 companies will co-create resilient food solutions with business, environment and societal impact.

Cresco has designed the founding partner arrangements and Rules of Engagement for the ecosystem, and plays an active role in structuring the participation of the ecosystem members in the ideation and sandboxing phases for the development of a better food system through innovative solutions.
