LindaCare in Series B investment round

Cresco assisted LindaCare in the structuring, negotiation and closing of its EUR 7 million Series B investment round led by electronics giant Philips and ParticipatieMaatschappij Vlaanderen (PMV). The company’s existing investors Capricorn ICT ARKIV and Connecticut Innovations also joined the financing round.

LindaCare is a digital health company specializing in remote patient solutions for chronic disease management. LindaCare’s first product, OnePulse TM, is already in use in a number of major hospitals in Europe and being launched in several pilot projects in the United States. The product enables cardiologists to significantly improve the efficiency of remote monitoring of patients suffering from chronic heart failure and cardiac arrhythmia with cardiac implanted electronic devices.

The investment will be used to accelerate LindaCare’s US market expansion and product commercialization. It will also support the building of new services around the existing software platform and to explore options for expanding its products to a broader range of cardiac diseases.
