Mabo Lifting and shareholders in sale to Sofindev

Cresco acted as lead counsel to Mabo Lifting and its shareholders in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the strategic acquisition of Mabo Lifting by Sofindev.

Sofindev acquires a significant stake in Mabo-Lifting via its Sofindev IV fund, with the ambition to further support Maarten and Bram Mariën-Bouwens in the further development of their company.

Mabo-Lifting is a Belgian distributor of high-quality forklifts specialized in space saving and efficiency improving solutions. The company is backed by leading manufacturers such as Moffett, Combilift and Innolift, with whom it has long-term partnerships and exclusive import rights for Belgium.
