Qover in US$25 Million Series C Investment Round

Cresco acted as lead counsel to InsurTech Qover, the preferred insurance partner for digital businesses, in its Series C investment round.

Qover, which builds the API-first global insurance solution for the new economy, has raised US$25M with Prime Ventures as lead investor, backed by Cathy Innovation. Existing investors Anthemis and Alven have also participated in the funding round, bringing the company’s total equity raised to US$43 million.

Cresco has advised Qover from its inception and assisted it as lead counsel in its financing rounds.
