Strategic sale of Realo

Cresco acted as lead counsel to the shareholders of Realo in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the strategic sale to Belgian real estate website provider Immoweb.

Realo has developed a real estate data platform that provides real estate professionals and consumers with data-driven insights and assists professionals and consumers in the real estate market. The acquisition further strengthens Immoweb’s position in the Belgian online real estate market.

David Dessers, Elske Bleeker and Bas Stobbelaar formed the Cresco team that advised the shareholders of Realo in this transaction.
