The Alliance in formation and various venture capital investments

Cresco assisted the general partner in the structuring, formation and fundraising of investment fund ‘The Alliance’. The Alliance is an initiative of Jürgen Ingels and Stefan Dierckx that aims to provide tech companies with growth funding and access to an international fintech ecosystem to enable and accelerate further expansion.

In addition Cresco acted as lead counsel in the structuring, negotiation and closing of the fund’s investments in Exellys, a recruitment and integration firm for IT, science and engineering profiles, and The Glue, a fintech company offering rapid transformation solutions within the financial services industry.
