Welvaartfonds in €11M funding round of LAB

Cresco acted as counsel to Welvaartsfonds in the €10 million funding round of Leuven Air Bearings NV.

Leuven Air Bearings is a Belgian producer of air bearing rotary and ball bearing rotary stages. Moreover, with its separate department Orion Laser Tech, it provides premium laser and motion technologies.

The new injection of funds – through a combination of debt and equity – will drive product innovation and sales strategies, to further strengthen Leuven Air Bearings’ position on the market.

The deal team, led by David Dessers and Olivier Van Raemdonck, consisted of Elske Bleeker and Rutger Duden.
