Welvaartfonds in €11M funding round of Skilpod

Cresco is proud to have acted as lead counsel to Welfvaartsfonds (WVF) in the €11 million funding round of Skilpod, a pioneering Belgian company specializing in sustainable and modular housing solutions.

The factory will be able to produce 600 houses and flats annually.

WVF is a private equity fund investing in promising Flemish companies in order to revitalize the Flemish economy after the pandemic. The fund focuses on growth companies with a sustainable character.
