Marie Vandenberghe is an associate at Cresco’s IP/Tech team, where she is specialized in data protection, intellectual property, media Law, and technology regulation. She enjoys assisting clients in all matters IP and IT.

Marie graduated from Ghent University in 2026 with a Master’s degree in law. During her studies, she served as a legal advisor at 180 Degrees Consulting Ghent, providing pro bono legal guidance to non-profit organizations and social enterprises. She further built her expertise through internships at several law firms.
Marie is a native Dutch speaker, is fluent in English and has a good understanding of French.
