Nawal is an associate in Cresco’s Dispute Resolution team, assisting clients in corporate litigation (including shareholder disputes, director liability and corporate governance matters), commercial and contractual disputes and insolvency proceedings, both before the Belgian courts and in arbitration.
Before joining Cresco, Nawal practised as a real estate lawyer at an international law firm. There, Nawal advised national and international clients on real estate transactions, including the development of a data centre and the sale of real estate assets, among others in the context of intra-group restructurings and assisted throughout the transaction process itself.
