Dovesco in Netflow and Accel acquisitions

Cresco acted as lead counsel to Dovesco in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the strategic acquisitions of Netflow Software and Accel Computer Service.

Netflow Software and Accel Computer Service are leading ICT services companies that both offer tailored IT infrastructure solutions to their customers, including, most interestingly, managed ICT services.

Dovesco is the private equity arm of Domo Investment Group, which has a long industrial standing, focusing on growth capital investment opportunities in Belgium and abroad.
