Cresco is proud to have assisted Aminolabs Nutrition in its strategic acquisition of CeeBe Health & Nutrition.
Headquartered in Hasselt, Aminolabs Nutrition is a leading developer and manufacturer of innovative nutritional supplements, sports nutrition, and functional foods. The company partners with global brands to deliver science-based, tailor-made solutions in a fast-growing and highly competitive market.
CeeBe Health & Nutrition, also based in Hasselt, are local industry peers with a strong and complementary product portfolio. By joining forces with a like-minded local player, Aminolabs reinforces its local foundations while expanding its product offering, including new categories such as nutritional supplements for pets.
The transaction supports Aminolabs’ ambition to scale internationally from a strong local base and marks an important step in accelerating growth and access to new high-potential markets.
As part of the transaction, Claudia Böhner will join the team of Aminolabs Nutrition, bringing valuable industry expertise and supporting the company’s continued development and (inter)national expansion.
