Axithra in €10M Seed Investment Round

Cresco acted as lead counsel in the +/- €10M Seed Investment round, led by imec.xpand and Kurma Partners.

Axithra is a digital medical technology company focused on the development of a platform for Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, spun off by imec and the University of Ghent. Axithra will build on the unique and IP-protected technology of both research institutes.

The Cresco deal team assisting Axithra and the investors consisted of Olivier Van Raemdonck, Elske Bleeker and Veerle Brusseleers.
