Blue Corner in Blink Charging Acquisition

Cresco acted as lead counsel to the shareholders of Blue Corner in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the strategic sale to Blink Charging Co (Nasdaq: BLNK, BLNKW), a leading owner, operator and provider of charging equipment and services for electric vehicles.

Blue Corner is a Belgian based electric vehicle charging ports operator with over 10,000 customers using its services on a daily basis and controlling over 7,000 charging points in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France.
