Cresco is pleased to have advised Actiphone on its acquisition of Administration & Answering Centre (AAC).
Since 31 July 2026, AAC & Actiphone fall under the same ownership, building on years of close operational ties between the two companies. Both businesses will continue to operate as separate legal entities, while working even more closely together going forward. The combination reflects Actiphone’s ambition to remain a leading 24/7 inbound contact centre in Belgium, with continued investment in people, technology and service quality, ensuring seamless service to clients, suppliers and partners throughout the transition.
