Elise is an associate within the corporate team, advising entrepreneurs, investors and family businesses.
She has a strong focus on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate governance with a particular focus on family businesses.
Elise is dedicated to guiding clients through every stage of their business journey with pragmatic and tailored advice.
Elise obtained a Master of Laws degree from Ghent University (2024) and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Corporate Law at Catholic University of Leuven.
During her studies, she founded a student enterprise in online retail of her own handmade products. She also led the student association Business2Students Gent, which focuses on connecting students with the business world. Elise gained valuable practical experience through several internships and summer schools.
She is a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English and French.
