Cresco advised AlliA in strategic acquisitions

Cresco is proud to have advised its client AlliA, together with Apheon, on their recent series of strategic acquisitions in the insurance brokerage sector, including the recent acquisition of Materné and Palmers.

AlliA is a leading independent insurance broker active across Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, supported by the pan-European investment group Apheon. With continuously increasing premium sales, AlliA has built a strong reputation in the B2B market and continues to execute an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. In recent years, the group has accelerated its expansion across Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland, strengthening its presence in an increasingly consolidated insurance sector.

The acquisitions of Palmers and Materné mark another significant step in AlliA’s growth trajectory. By integrating these strong and complementary brokerage firms, AlliA continues to expand its national footprint and reinforce its position as one of the largest independent insurance broker groups in the country.

The Cresco team involved in these transactions included David Dessers, Nils Coolsaet and Hussein Dagher.

We sincerely thank all parties for the constructive collaboration and congratulate them on this successful series of transactions.

For any further information or questions on buy-and-build strategies, please feel free to contact David Dessers.
