Cresco supported Main Capital Partners and their Belgian portfolio company RiskConcile in the acquisition of B4Finance SAS. The deal strengthens the group’s position in regulatory, risk and compliance technology for the financial sector.
Main Capital Partners is a leading force in software investment with EUR 6 billion in assets under management and a portfolio of more than 240 software investments. The acquisition was executed through RiskConcile, its Leuven-based portfolio company, which develops advanced cloud-based risk and regulatory solutions helping asset and fund managers navigate complex data, risk and compliance requirements.
B4Finance SAS provides an all-in-one SaaS platform enabling digital investor onboarding, KYC/AML due diligence, compliance workflows and digital fund subscription for asset managers, fund managers and other regulated institutions. Its technology streamlines onboarding, strengthens compliance and accelerates investor activation.
This acquisition broadens RiskConcile’s capabilities across data, regulatory and compliance software while supporting Main Capital Partners’ buy-and-build strategy and further international expansion. The combined offering enhances the group’s position as a European provider of integrated risk, regulatory and compliance technology for the fund industry.
