Cresco advised the investors on Lifepowr’s €5.7 million growth financing round

We are pleased to share that Cresco advised Noshaq and its co-investors in the due diligence process in connection with Lifepowr’s €5.7 million growth financing round.

The round brings SPDG (the investment holding of the Périer–D’Ieteren family), Noshaq, and ROM InWest on board to support Lifepowr’s next stage of expansion.

Lifepowr, founded by Dries Bols, is a fast-growing energy-tech company enabling smart, automated energy management for homes and businesses. Its Flexio platform manages energy flows across 10,000 locations, coordinating more than 22,000 assets including solar panels, home batteries, EV chargers and heat pumps. By aligning production, consumption and storage with quarter-hourly price movements, Flexio helps users unlock meaningful value from real-time flexibility.

The new capital will support European expansion, where Noshaq’s presence in French-speaking markets will play an important role, and will strengthen Lifepowr’s collaborations with energy providers integrating the Flexio platform.

This transaction reflects Cresco’s deep and growing expertise in the energy and cleantech sector, advising founders and investors on complex financing and growth transactions.

We congratulate Lifepowr, its management team and all investors on this milestone and are proud to have supported Noshaq (Nicolas Biet).

The Cresco deal team consisted of Olivier Van Raemdonck, Charles Groffils and Axel Desmet.
