Cresco is proud to have advised Finvision and its partnership on the strategic merger with VGD, backed by Sofindev Private Equity Partners.
Finvision and VGD are two well-established names in the Belgian accountancy, audit and advisory business. Combined, the group will count over 750 professionals, a network of more than 20 offices, and a strong local presence across Flanders and Brussels.
VGD and Finvision are joining forces to build a strong, forward-looking organization together whiles staying true to their people-first culture. The support of Sofindev allows the organization to support its further growth, to further expand its services and to accelerate investments in innovation.
