Yolanda is a Counsel in Cresco’s corporate team, advising and assisting entrepreneurs, investors and companies on a broad range of corporate matters. She mainly focusses on national and international corporate transactions, in particular M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital.
Yolanda combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives efficiently.
Before joining Cresco in January 2026, Yolanda gained over 10 years of experience in the M&A teams of different leading Belgian and Benelux law firms, supporting clients across industries on complex transactions and deal structuring.
Yolanda holds a master’s degree from Ghent University (2015), where she participated in exchange programs to Montpellier and Washington, DC.
Yolanda was admitted to the Bar in 2015. She handles cases in Dutch, English and French.
