QTeam is the leading Belgian tyre centre group, operating a nationwide network of more than 100 service locations offering tyre sales, replacement, storage and professional support for both passenger and commercial vehicles. Through a long-standing heritage built on family-owned Belgian businesses, QTeam occupies a unique position in the local automotive services market.
In 2021, Dovesco became QTeam’s majority shareholder, strengthening the company’s capital base and enabling the professionalisation and integration of QTeam’s operations throughout Belgium while maintaining its entrepreneurial DNA and high-quality customer service.
The recent acquisition of two key service centers further enhances QTeam’s broad national footprint. These strategic additions not only increase access points for customers but also contribute to operational resilience and efficiency, reinforcing QTeam’s position as the partner of choice for tyre and mobility solutions across segments.
Throughout the engagement, Cresco’s Corporate & M&A team consisting of David Dessers, Nils Coolsaet, Emma Antonneau and Amber Van Cauwenbergh, advised Dovesco on all aspects of the transaction process, including due diligence, contract negotiation and regulatory considerations, ensuring a smooth closing and alignment with strategic objectives.
