Amber is an associate within the corporate team. She advises clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, with a strong interest in fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate partnering.
Her work involves guiding clients through all stages of transactions, from structuring and negotiation to execution.
Amber obtained a Master of Laws degree from Ghent University (2025).
Throughout her academic journey, she developed valuable expertise by holding Treasury positions at Capitant, where she deepened her understanding of financial operations, complemented by hands-on experience gained during summer internships.
Her multilingual background (Dutch, English and French) allows her to assist clients more effectively.
