Cresco Advises Smartfin on $17 Million Series A Investment in Emma Technologies

Cresco is delighted to have acted as legal counsel to Smartfin in its role as lead investor in a $17 million Series A funding round for Emma Technologies, a Luxembourg-based cloud management platform. This round, which also included RTP Global and existing investors, raises Emma’s total funding to €21 million.

The Cresco deal team was led by Glenn L’hoëst and included Emma De Brabandere, Marie Vercambre, and Aida Kaloci. Cresco is proud to have supported Smartfin in this significant milestone and looks forward to Emma’s continued success in revolutionizing cloud management.
