Cresco assisted the shareholders of Dorst Technology and Billy Services in their joining of forces / merger. Together, Dorst Technology and Billy Services strive to bring the best and highest performing QR ordering and payment solutions to the Belgian market with the aim to assist 5,000 hospitality entrepreneurs in their digitalization.

Dorst Technology has immediately followed this merger with an 100% acquisition of 100% of Peeters Company Limited, the owner and developer of the Mobile Menu platform, allowing the new group for even greater growth and success.
