Engilico in Nabtesco Strategic Acquisition

Cresco acted as lead counsel to the shareholders of Engilico in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the strategic sale to Nabtesco Corporation (headquarters Tokyo, Japan), through its subsidiary Pacraft.

Engilico is a leading provider of innovative packaging seal inspection technology in Belgium. Pacraft is a a leading manufacturer of packaging machinery in Japan, providing food manufacturers with super high-speed automatic fill/seal machines.
