Cresco assisted Birdhouse with the structuring, formation and fundraising of its first early-stage fund to date, Birdhouse Ventures, with an initial committed capital of €20 million.
Birdhouse offers knowledge, expertise, network and/or infrastructure to startups in preparation of a scaleup trajectory through an accelerator program, which will now be complemented with capital investments by Birdhouse Ventures.
David Dessers, Glenn L’hoëst and Emma De Brabandere constituted the deal team for this transaction.
