Formation of Hymont Capital Fund I

Cresco is honoured to have supported the expert team behind Hymont Capital Fund I in the structuring, formation, and fundraising of their first private equity fund.

This new real estate fund, with an initial committed capital of €25 million, consists of real estate expert Simon Celus alongside Nicolas Linkens (Rivean Capital), Michael Lavrysen (CVC België), and additional partners.

Hymont Capital Fund I plans to purchase existing properties, renovate, make them more sustainable and resell them at a later stage. Initial investors include a series of entrepreneurs and family offices such as the Leysen family (Vanbreda Risks and Benefits), Frank Vlayen (ex-CEO Waterland) and Tom Van de Voorde (executive committee member of Gimv).
