M80 Capital in B+P Solutions acquisition

Cresco acted for private equity fund M80 Capital in the negotiation and closing of its acquisition of a majority stake in B+P Solutions, a Dutch IT service provider.

B+P Solutions serves large clients in various sectors, especially in finance, retail, transportation and logistics, retail, healthcare and the public sector, assisting them with the set-up and maintenance of their IT infrastructure.

With the acquisition M80 continues to build a portfolio of best-in-class specialists in digital transformation with the aim of creating a full-service provider in Europe, following earlier acquisitions of XPLUS and Luminis.
