M80 Capital in Total Design acquisition

Cresco acted as counsel to private equity fund M80 Capital in the negotiation and closing of its acquisition of Total Design, a Dutch specialist in digital design, branding and communications.

Total Design serves large clients in various sectors, especially in media, retail, finance and the event sector, helping brands developing and growing from a multidisciplinary approach involving technology, communication and marketing.

With the acquisition M80 continues to build a portfolio of best-in-class specialists in digital transformation with the aim of creating a full-service provider in Europe, following earlier acquisitions of Xplux, Luminis and B+P Solutions.
