Main Capital Partners in the strategic acquisition of ePower HR

After having assisted Main Capital Partners and FleetGO Group in their acquisition of EuroTracs earlier this year, Cresco is proud to have assisted Main Capital Partners’ portfolio group BCS HR Group in the strategic acquisition of ePower HR, a renowned Antwerp-based HR software solutions company. The deal, facilitated with Cresco’s legal expertise, signifies a significant milestone for both organizations.

Main Capital Partners is a leading force in software investment, committed to continuous growth through strategic international expansion. Main Capital Partners has more than 2.2 billion in assets under management and has an investment portfolio constituted of at least 40 software groups. Main Capital Partners accomplished the acquisition through BCS HR Group, its portfolio company which is one of the largest payroll processors in the Netherlands with over 40 years of experience in providing software in the field of payroll, time registration, workflow management and personnel planning. The acquisition showcases their unwavering commitment to advancing innovation and growth within the human resources and technology sector.

The Cresco deal team, was led by Olivier Van Raemdonck and Glenn L’hoëst, and further composed of Veerle Brusseleers and Charles Groffils, provided comprehensive legal support and strategic direction in the legal due diligence, structuring, negotiation and smooth execution of this transaction.
