MCS and shareholders in strategic sale to Nemetschek

Cresco acted as lead counsel to MCS Solutions and its shareholders in the preparation, negotiation and closing of the strategic acquisition of MCS by Nemetschek.

MCS Solutions offers an integrated and modular Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) that covers core functional areas in real estate, facility and workplace management for large private and public organizations.

David Dessers led the Cresco team that advised MCS Solutions and its shareholders in this strategic acquisition.
