Miaa Guard in Series A Financing

Cresco assisted miaa Guard NV in the structuring, negotiation and closing of its first EUR 3 million investment round led by Capricorn ICT Arkiv NV, Quest for Growth (privak) NV and Pamica NV.

miaa Guard NV is a software company active in the design, implementation, integration and running of a unique cloud-based platform that allows clients to manage access to digital services. The miaa Guard platform is already used by reputed brands such as Coca-Cola, Mars, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, De Lijn and Hager.

The investment will be used to contribute to miaa Guard’s future growth and commercialization of its products.

Following this transaction, both Michel Akkermans and Katrin Geyskens will be joining the Board of Directors of miaa Guard.
